The controlled gas pyrolysis incinerator divides the incineration process into two stages of combustion chambers. The first chamber controls the temperature of waste thermal decomposition to within 700 ℃, allowing the waste to decompose at low temperatures in an oxygen deficient state. At this time, metal elements such as Cu, Fe, Al will not be oxidized, and therefore will not be produced, greatly reducing the amount of dioxins; Meanwhile, due to the influence of residual oxygen concentration on the production of HCl, anaerobic combustion will reduce the production of HCl; And it is also difficult to generate a large amount in a self reducing atmosphere. Due to the solid bed of the gas controlled garbage incinerator, no smoke or dust will be generated, and there will be no unburned residual carbon entering the secondary combustion chamber. The combustible components in the garbage decompose into combustible gases and are introduced into a secondary combustion chamber with sufficient oxygen for combustion. The temperature of the secondary combustion chamber is around 1000 ℃ and the length of the flue allows the flue gas to stay for more than 2 seconds, ensuring the complete decomposition and combustion of toxic organic gases such as dioxins at high temperatures. In addition, using a bag filter can avoid the catalytic effect of Cu, Ni, and Fe particles on the generation of dioxins during electrostatic precipitators.
