Product Features of Flue Gas Desulfurization Filter Belt

1. It is made of a blend of monofilaments and multifilaments with special cross-sections, which can intercept materials of 2 to 20 microns.

2. Good air permeability; high production efficiency. The filter cake has low moisture content; the material is very easy to peel off.

3. High-viscosity polyester is used as the raw material, which makes the product have good wear resistance, high strength, and the filter belt is very easy to regenerate.

4. When the filter belt is at a safe use temperature and subjected to a certain tension, the filter belt has good shape stability.

5. The steel buckle joint and special cover cloth are used to make the joint firm, not easy to break, and have a long service life.

Product Application of Flue Gas Desulfurization Filter Belt

* Steel industry: During the steel smelting process, sintering machines, blast furnaces and other equipment will produce a large amount of flue gas containing sulfur dioxide. Desulfurization mesh can be used in the flue gas desulfurization system of these equipment to achieve sulfur dioxide emission reduction and gypsum recycling.

* Chemical industry: Sulfur-containing waste gas is also produced in some chemical production processes. Desulfurization mesh can be used as one of the key equipment of the flue gas desulfurization system of these industries to help achieve waste gas purification and environmental protection emission standards.

* Power plant: In coal-fired power plants, desulfurization mesh is an important component of the wet desulfurization system. The system generates byproducts such as gypsum (calcium sulfate) by reacting the limestone slurry in the spray absorption tower with sulfur dioxide in the flue gas. The desulfurization net plays a role in liquid-solid separation in this process, effectively separating the solid particles from the liquid in the gypsum slurry to ensure desulfurization efficiency and gypsum quality.
