When suffering 1.8 MPA load, its thermal deformation temperature is more than 260 ℃ . Common long-term usage temperature is 220-240 ℃, PPS resin has good flame resistance, no need to add any flame retardants then reach UL94 level 0 and 5-V standard, when burning, smoke output is very low 03 Chemical character PPS is excellent chemical resistance, just behind ptfe material, it won't dissolve in any organic solvents below 200 ℃, except strong oxidizing acid, it is also strong resistance to inorganic acid, alkali and salt . especially it is also stable in variety of radiation.
