Product description

In this era of continuous innovation and diversified application of excavator technology, our team has carried out in-depth research and special improvement on possible problems of excavator in high temperature environment through long-time dedicated research and development and in-depth analysis on feedback of actual use of customers. Through multiple field tests and comparisons, we successfully developed this 50t crawler excavator ZT550-9.

ZT550-9 adopts Cummins QSM11 engine with rated power up to 298kw. Strong power output ensures that the excavator can maintain stable working efficiency in any environment. In order to improve the excavation efficiency and stability, we have upgraded the hydraulic system, selected K5V230 main pump, and equipped with the main control valve MO400EX imported from Korea. This configuration makes ZT550-9 more comfortable in excavation, crushing and other work.

In order to meet the needs of different customers, we have specially designed a reinforced version of big and small arms for ZT550-9, and equipped with a 3.2 square rock bucket. For customers requiring crushing operations, we also offer Type 200 hammers as an option to meet a wide range of job requirements.

In order to ensure the stability of the excavator during excavation and crushing, we increase the counterweight in the design of ZT550-9. At the same time, in order to ensure the working environment of the operator, we have specially designed a special cab for the mine, which has the characteristics of dust prevention, sound insulation and good tightness, providing a comfortable working environment for the operator.

In order to provide better support and protection for the operator in the work, we also equip the ZT550-9 with a vibration proof suspension seat. The height of the seat can be adjusted according to the weight of the operator to ensure that the operator's body can be well supported and comfortable when working for a long time.
