DIA15mm to 200mm HDPE PE Polyethylene Extrusion Rod

High Density Polyethylene rod is known as HDPE rod. HDPE rod  (high density polyethylene pe rod) has a melting point of about 130 ° C and a relative density of 0.941 to 0.960. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength. Dielectric properties and resistance to environmental stress cracking are also good. The melting temperature is 220 ~ 260C. For materials with large molecules, it is recommended that the melting temperature range is between 200 ~ 250C.

PE rod name High Density Polyethylene, polyethylene rod. PE rod is a kind of high crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic material. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white, and it has a certain degree of translucency in the thin section. The PE rod made by AHD plastic can reach diamter 400mm!

PE rod is odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance (minimum use temperature can reach -70 ~ -100 ℃), good chemical stability, resistance to most acid and alkali erosion (not resistant to oxidation properties Acid), insoluble in ordinary solvents at room temperature, low water absorption, excellent electrical insulation properties; low density; good toughness (also suitable for low temperature conditions); good stretchability; good electrical and dielectric insulation; low water absorption; Low water vapor permeability; good chemical stability; tensile resistance; non-toxic and harmless. However, PE rod is very sensitive to environmental stress (chemical and mechanical effects) and has poor heat aging resistance.
