CB-2040 Polymer Dispersant Replacing Lubrizol 24000

【Product performance and advantages】

      CB-2040 is a  polymer dispersant similar to Lubrizol 24000, composed of pigment-loving anchoring groups and solvated polar long chain segments. It can be used for gravure printing inks and industrial coatings. It has good dispersion and viscosity reduction effect. CB-2040 has mainly basic groups in its molecular chain, so it is mainly used to disperse acidic organic pigments and acidic carbon black. Because there are some acidic groups in the molecule, it is also suitable for dispersing neutral alkaline carbon black, alkaline inorganic pigments and titanium dioxide.

【Instructions】

      You can first use a solvent to make CB-2040 into a 20%--30% dispersant liquid, and then add it to the grinding base material for dispersion and grinding; you can also directly add it to the mixture of grinding base materials for dispersion and grinding. (For some difficult-to-grind pigments such as high-pigment carbon black, you can first mix and disperse CB-2040 with pigments and solvents, then soak them overnight or for 8 hours before grinding.)
