Lhmc-1 small disc floor type combination grinding machine

This equipment can carry out continuous through machining of the disk: rough grinding, grooving (straight groove), fine grinding, chamfering, brushing and turning the product (steel back up) after completing the above procedures.

1.1 The base is welded with Q235 plate as a whole. The thickness of the side plate is 10mm and the thickness of the panel is 30mm. The overall weight of the grinder is about 3T.

1.2 Custom-made grinding head motor, coarse grinding 7.5KW, fine grinding 7.5KW, groove cutting 5.5KW, chamfering ordinary motor 4KW. Diameter of grinding wheel is 260mm, diameter of grooving piece is 220mm, 22.5° chamfering wheel, dovetail groove drag plate, manual adjustment.

1.3 Electrical appliances: touch screen +PLC, centralized display of digital display meter.
