PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION：Sulfonamides antimicrobial agents.Sulfamethoxazole inhibitsbacterial reproduction by inhibiting the synthesis of folic acid, and has a strong inhibitoryeffect on most Gram-positive and negative bacteria. lt is well absorbed in oral administration,has high concentration in blood, low acetylation rate, and high solubility of acetylates in urinewhich is not easy to occur crystal urine.
