PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION: Pharmacodynamic Daguanomycin belongs to aminoglycoside antibiotic, used in Animal antibacterial, Animal Antibiotics，has moderate inhibitory effect on a variety of gram-negative bacilli, such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Proteus and so on. It is sensitive to streptococcus, pneumococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and some mycoplasma (such as mycoplasma gallinarum, Mycoplasma Turkey, mycoplasma synovialis, etc.). It is not sensitive to streptococcus viridis and Staphylococcus aureus. It is usually resistant to Pseudomonas aeruginosa and treponemas. Intestinal bacteria had extensive resistance to macroscopycin, but did not show cross-resistance with streptomycin. Lincomycin has good antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria, such as Clostridium, peptococcus, peptostreptococcus, Clostridium tetanus, Clostridium aeromogenes and most actinomyces. Lincomycin mainly acts on the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes and affects protein synthesis by inhibiting the elongation of the peptide chain. Only 7% of the drug was absorbed after internal administration, but the tissue concentration of the drug in the gastrointestinal tract was lower than the serum concentration. It is not easy to enter the cerebrospinal fluid or the eye, and the binding rate of plasma protein is not high. Most drugs are excreted by glomerular filtration in their original form. The bioavailability of lincomycin was 30%~40%. Mixed feeding can reduce the absorption rate and amount. Chickens were given 50mg of this product per kg of body weight (dissolved in drinking water) for 7 days. During the test, the plasma lincomycin reached 0.14ug/m1, while the concentration of Daguanmycin was extremely small, and only exceeded 0.1ug/m1 after 7 days of the test.
