HK-YPW-008 MOVABLE BADMINTON POST

Composition
The badminton post system comprises a base, upright posts, and additional mechanisms.

Parameter Specification:
The upright posts are crafted from Φ34×4.0mm seamless steel tubing, equipped with net hooks for convenient net placement. The distance between the two posts is adjustable, ranging from 540 to 860mm. Notably, the double-post badminton system does not include tightening mechanisms on either post. Instead, it requires an additional setup where one post outside the main structure features a rope-tying pillar, while the other houses a tensioning mechanism. This mechanism ensures flexible tightening and reliable locking, eliminating jamming or spontaneous loosening. By pulling the net cord downwards, the tension can be adjusted to keep the net taut, achieving the desired height: the center of the net should be 1524±5mm from the ground, with both sides at 1550±8mm. When the net is fully tensioned, the posts remain securely vertical, with the post axis maintaining a vertical tolerance of ≤1/500 to the horizontal plane. Furthermore, no part of the BWF approved badminton post system encroaches on the vertical line of the inner boundary of the court. The double-post system is designed without additional counterweights, requiring simultaneous tensioning by two post systems in separate courts. The base is equipped with anti-slip and shock-absorbing pads for enhanced stability, and features nylon rollers for easy movement without damaging the floor.

Surface Treatment:
Both the movable badminton posts and bases undergo rust removal, phosphating, and other preparatory treatments before being sprayed with plastic on an automatic coating line. The result is a bright, glossy finish with a smooth overall appearance. The paint layer is free from wrinkles, missed spray areas, peeling, or other imperfections.
