Composition
The BWF APPROVED badminton post system comprises a base, an upright post, and a locking mechanism.

Post Diameter, Wall Thickness, and Height
The upright post is constructed from Φ40×4.0mm seamless steel tubing. Equipped with net hooks, it facilitates easy net placement. One post features an external rope-tying pillar, while the other sports a tensioning mechanism on its exterior. This mechanism allows for flexible tightening and reliable locking, eliminating the risk of jamming or spontaneous loosening. By pulling the net cord downwards, the tension can be adjusted to ensure a secure and taut net, meeting the height requirements: the center of the net should be 1524±5mm from the ground, with both sides at 1550±8mm. When the net is fully tensioned, the posts remain firmly vertical, with the vertical tolerance of the post axis to the horizontal plane ≤1/500, ensuring no part of the post encroaches on the vertical line of the inner boundary of the court.

Base Size and Material
The badminton post base utilizes a precision cast iron construction, weighing 130kg per pair, and measuring 500480130mm in size. Equipped with anti-slip and shock-absorbing pads at the bottom, it significantly enhances stability. Additionally, the base incorporates nylon rollers with a diameter of φ65mm and a width of 40mm, allowing for easy mobility without damaging the floor.

Net (Optional with BWF-Certified Net)
The badminton system measures 760x6100mm in length and width, crafted from polyester in a burgundy hue. The top edge features a 7.5cm white canvas-wrapped seam, and the mesh size is 18mmx18mm, with a thread diameter no less than 5mm.

Surface Treatment
The portable badminton post undergoes preliminary treatments such as shot blasting and sanding, followed by a final electrostatic epoxy-based powder coating process on an automatic spraying line. This results in a coating thickness ranging from 80um to 120um. For the base, the surface is first cleaned, then puttied, and finally painted. The finished product boasts a smooth and even surface with a gloss level less than 30%, displaying uniform coloration without peeling, missing paint, cracks, visible runs, speckles, bubbles, indentations, or other defects.
