Heat sealing flat sterilization reels

Sterilization flat reels are widely used as the sterile barrier systems in hospitals, clinics for reusable surgical instruments and medical devices. It is easily cutted into the lengths based on real situation for different surgical consumables

Some key parameters are as below

Peel strength: 2.0N/15mm

Tensile strength: 500mN or above

Air permeability: 1.9 μm/(Pa•s) under an air pressure of 1.47KPa.

Bursting strength: 120kPa or above

Material

French Arjo paper or demostic medical grade paper in 60gsm / 70gsm for options

Dual layer CPP / PET laminated film in clear blue, green or white.

Suitable for Ethylene oxide ( ETO ) and Steam

Indicators

Initial pink turns brown / yellow (ETO)

initial blue turns grey / black ( Autoclave / Steam)
