Brass self operated differential pressure control valve is an energy-saving product that uses the pressure changes of the medium itself for self-control, thereby maintaining the constant pressure difference of the medium flowing through the controlled system.This type of valve is usually used for pressure difference control in heating systems that adopt dual pipe systems. It can ensure that the pressure difference of the system remains basically unchanged, reduce noise, balance resistance, and eliminate hydraulic imbalance in the heating network. It mainly controls the pressure difference by moving the internal pressure sensing film up and down to change the size of the valve port.

The valve is installed on the return pipe and is equipped with a pressure pipe. It is recommended to install a 1/2 "ball valve at the water supply end of the pressure pipe to activate the blockage elimination function.

Functional characteristics

Firstly, the brass self operated differential pressure control valve has an automatic adjustment function, which can adapt to the dynamic changes of the system within a certain range.Other brass valves, such as brass ball valves, are more flexible in operation, opening and closing quickly, and their main function is to quickly achieve the conduction, cutoff, and flow regulation of pipeline fluids.But it cannot automatically maintain pressure stability like a self operated differential pressure control valve.
