Tempered glass panel

The most advantageous properties for tempered glass pane over anneal float glass is that it has 5 times more strength .  When tempered glass pane break,  it will shatter into small pieces with obtuse angles which will do no harm to human beings.

The high strength for tempered glass is acheived by tempering process. First of all, you need to cut the glass to size you need. and do the edgework(usually matt polished or fine polished). and then put it into tempering machine, with heating to around 700 degree and then cool down rapidly by a wind jet, thus causing the outer surface into compression and the inner part into tension. This makes the tempered glass pane 5 times more stronger than normal glass.
Due to its high strength and the safety function. tempered glass pane is usually used as facades wall, windows, doors, balcony, railing, etc
