• In order to make the installation process of the rubber plate easier and faster, we have added a half vulcanized CN layer design on the back of the rubber plate, which simplifies the installation and facilitates the future inspection and maintenance of the equipment.

• The surface of the diamond-shaped rubber sheet is designed with a regular diamond pattern, which is especially suitable for the cover rubber treatment of the drive roller. The design of the diamond pattern not only prevents the material from adhering to the surface of the roller, but also reduces the problem of conveying equipment deflection caused by slipping, and improves the overall operating efficiency of the conveying system.
