High Efficiency Konjac Powder Fluidized Dryer

   GFG High Efficiency Drying Machine (also named as Konjac Powder Dryer, Konjac Powder Drier, Konjac Powder Fluidized Dryer) use to dry the granules from Granulating machine , such as YK Series Swaying Granulator and high speed wet mixing granulator , ZL Extruding Granulator.

Working Principle
Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom through suction fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In the work chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly

Konjac Powder Boiling Dryer Features

1. The structure of fluid bed is round so as to avoid the dead angle

2. The main machine is designed 20% higher than common design, the fluidizing space is expanded to guarantee the flow height of material so that the load of bag deduster be effectively decreased.
