1. Utilize a hammer drill in both hammer and rotation modes to create a hole of the same depth as the length of the drop-in anchor, ensuring that the correct diameter is achieved in the concrete prior to installation.
2. Thoroughly clean the hole using a brush and blow out any dust or debris.
3. A setting tool must be employed during installation into concrete. After inserting the setting tool into the drop-in anchor, strike it with a hammer until the lip of the setting tool aligns with the lip of the anchor.
4. Finally, insert an appropriately sized threaded rod or machine-threaded bolt into the anchor.
