Sodium hexametaphosphate(SHMP) has been used as a good food additive through rigorous test and index determination. For example, canned food is very popular because it can be preserved at room temperature for a long time. It can not only preserve meat and fish, but also preserve fruit food. Food from all over the world is packaged and delivered to other countries to enable people to taste exotic flavors. The Hygienic Standard for the Use of Food Additives (GB 2920-1996) stipulates that it can be used in canned, fruit juice (fruit flavor) beverages and vegetable protein beverages with a maximum usage of 1.0g/kg; aquatic products, dairy products, poultry products, meat products, ice cream, instant noodles with a maximum usage of 5.0g/kg.

Application:

SHMP Food Grade as preservative agent in meat, in fruit drinks and cool drinks, it can increase the juice yield, increase the viscosity, and inhibit the decomposition of vitamin C etc.

Packing and storage:

Plastic-woven sack with inner polythene film; net weight at 25Kg，50Kg or 1,000Kg. Store at a well ventilated, dry place.
