Sintered wire mesh ZKW elements are made of multiple (usually five) layers of 304L or 316L stainless steel wire mesh rolled and formed, and are then sintered by high-temperature vacuum sintering and argon arc welding or plasma welding. The pore size is adjusted by controlling the diameter, mesh number and weaving mode of wire mesh.
