Chilli Drying Machine Advantages

Erbang Drying CT series Red Chilli Drier had the following advantages over conventional solutions.

1. Robust drying chamber: The drying chamber of Red Chilli Dryer is made by SUS304 or SUS316L steel plate, fully welded and mirror polished. The design is robust, simple and compact which requires minimum maintenance.

2. Uniform drying: Due to the specially designed air distributor, the hot air flow in each layer of trays is very uniform. The temperature difference inside the drying chamber is less than ±2 -3℃.

3. Energy saving:  Most of the hot air circulates inside the well insulated drying chamber and only part of it is exhausted via the exhaust valve. The amount of exhaust air is adjustable according to different drying conditions.

4. Flexibility in heat source: The heat source can be steam, hot water, electricity to match with different working conditions.

5. Flexibility in drying: Standard sized (640x460x45mm) but different types of trays are available for different kinds of wet materials. The tray have standard tray, net tray and drill hole tray.

6. Convenient operation: Control cabinet is installed on drying chamber which can accurately control and set drying temperature and hot air flow rate.

7. GMP design: The drying chamber is fully welded, mirror polished without dead corners for cleaning to meet GMP standard.

 If it is without heating system, the tray type oven can be as a cooler to make particle with cooling air.

Advantage
1. Most hot air is circulated in the oven. The heat efficiency is high and the energy is saved. By using the forced ventilating function, there are adjustable air distribution plates inside the oven, the materials can be dried uniformly.

2. The heating source might be steam, hot water, electricity and far infrared, with a wide selection.

This drying oven is suitable for material and product hot solidification and dry de-watering in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, farming side-product, aquatic product, light industries, heavy industries and others industries. Such as: raw material medicine, crude drug, prepared herbal medicine of Chinese traditional medicine, plaster, powder, particle, drinking agent, pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dewatering vegetable, dried fruit piece, sausage, plastics, resin, electric component, baking varnish and etc.
