Brass balance valve is a type of valve with digital locking function, which adopts a DC valve body structure and has better equal percentage flow characteristics. It can allocate flow reasonably and effectively solve the problem of uneven temperature in heating (air conditioning) systems. At the same time, it can accurately adjust pressure drop and flow rate to improve the liquid flow state in the pipeline system, achieve liquid balance in the pipeline system, and save energy. It is widely used in water supply and drainage systems, HVAC systems.

The unique feature of brass balance valve.

1. Brass balance valves can accurately control the flow rate of fluids. In the heating system, it can adjust the flow of hot water according to the needs of different rooms, ensuring a balanced temperature in each room. However, ordinary brass globe valve is mainly used to cut off or connect media in pipelines, and are not as precise in flow regulation as balance valves.

2. Brass balance valves can automatically adjust pressure. In the water supply and drainage system, when the system pressure fluctuates, the balance valve can maintain a stable pressure, avoiding excessive or insufficient pressure in certain areas. Brass check valves mainly prevent medium backflow and do not contribute significantly to pressure balance.
