Product Overview

Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC board) is a material widely used in furniture manufacturing, interior decoration and DIY projects. It is composed of multiple layers of wood fiber or particleboard, and the surface is covered with a layer of melamine resin film treated with high temperature and high pressure, which gives it excellent wear resistance, moisture resistance, scratch resistance and rich color selection.

Precautions

- Avoid direct sunlight and humid environment during storage to prevent deformation or fading of the board.
- Avoid sharp objects directly touching the surface during use to avoid scratches.
- Please use a soft damp cloth to wipe when cleaning, and dry it in time to prevent water accumulation.
- Be sure to measure the size before installation to ensure accurate cutting.

 

Panel Size	1830mm x 2440mm (6’ x 8’) and 1220mm x 2440mm (4’ x 8’).
Standard Thickness	PPB - 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm and 25mm.
Grades	UF (E0, E1, E2, F4****, CARB-P2), MUF (E1, E2) & other grades are available on request.
