Introduction

The machine`s structure is reasonable, simple, closed operation, feeding and discharging material conveniently, (artificial or vacuum charging) barrel is made of stainless steel material, easy to clean, and can according to user requirements supporting forced mixer, for thin powder, block, containing certain moisture mixed material.

Principle and structure

There is one set of motor and reducer at one end of the spiral mixer machine. The motor and reduce are connected by belts.

When the power on, the motor start work to drive reducer work ,The reducer rotate with the coupling to make the barrel rotary continuously, drive material inside the barrel runs up, down, left, right. This will achieve intensive mixing
