Introduction to XF Boiling Dryer

• Working Principle: The working principle of the XF series boiling dryer is that clean hot air enters the bed body after being distributed by the valve plate and mixes with the wet materials fed from the feeder to form a boiling state. This extensive contact enhances the heat and mass transfer process, thus completing the drying in a relatively short time. Usually, this equipment operates in a negative pressure mode.
• Structural Composition: The XF boiling dryer is composed of an air filter, a main boiling bed machine, a cyclone separator, a bag dust collector, a high-pressure centrifugal ventilator and an operation console. Due to the different properties of the dried materials, when matching the dust removal equipment, it can be selected as required. Both the cyclone separator and the bag dust collector can be selected simultaneously, or either one of them can be chosen.
• Equipment Features: This equipment has the ability of automated production and belongs to continuous drying equipment. It has a relatively fast drying speed and a low humidity, which can effectively guarantee the product quality. In addition, the design of this equipment complies with the GMP standards for pharmaceutical production.
• Scope of Application: The XF series boiling dryer has a wide range of applications, covering the drying operations in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing and feed. The specific applicable objects include but are not limited to bulk pharmaceuticals, tableting granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, health foods, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resins, citric acid and various other powdery and granular materials. The applicable particle size of the materials is generally 0.1-6mm, and the particle size is preferably 0.5-3mm.
