原则

XF Series Instant Particles Dryer: The clean and hot air enters into fluid bed through distributor of valve plate. The wet material from the feeder is formed in the fluid state by hot air. Because the hot air contact with the material widely and strengthen the process of heat transferring , it can dry the product within a very short time .

the Instant Particles Dryer can use the continuous type, the material enters from the front of bed, fluidized in bed for several minutes, and discharged from the back of the bed . The machine works under the state of the negative pressure.

9. The feeding system for this machine can be by manual or screw feeder, because the machine is negative pressure drying process, and the feeding materials also can use negative pressure to suck the raw materials into dryer.

10. For the electrical component, we mainly use international brand such as ABB ,Siemens or Schneider.

11. Control system has more choices, such as push button , HMI+PLC and so on.

Optional Choices

   1. For the main electrical components , Erbang have international brand choices such as ABB , Siemens or Schneider or others.
2. For the material for the machine , Erbang have choices on AISISUS304 , AISISUS316L,carbon steel and so on .
3. For the control system , Erbang have choices on push button, PLC+HMI and so on .
4. For the heating system for the machine , it is very flexible. Erbang can configure it based on the customer site conditions ,such as steam ,electricity.

   5. If without heating system , Erbang can as a cooler to make particle with cooling air.

Product Application

The dryer is also called fluidization bed dryer. The fluidizing dryer has widely applied in the fields of pharmaceutics, chemicals, foodstuff, processing grain etc. For example, the dehumidification and drying of powder and granular materials such as bulk pharmaceuticals, granular patent medicines, preparations, feed, plastic resin etc. The granular diameter shall be within the range from 0.1 to 6mm and the best from 0.5 to 3mm.

The main technical parameter datum of fluidizing dryer is for reference. Erbang also produce and design product as per customers' requirement.
