Horizontal Fluidizing Drier Principle

The clean and hot air enters into fluid bed through distributor of valve plate. The wet material from the feeder is formed in the fluid state by hot air. Because the hot air contact with the material widely and strengthen the process of heat transferring , it can dry the product within a very short time .

If using continuous type, the material enters from the front of bed, fluidized in bed for several minutes, and discharged from the back of the bed . The machine works under the state of the negative pressure.

Horizontal Boiling Drying Machine Application

Horizontal Boiling Drying Equipment is also called fluidization bed. Through continuously improvement over 30 years, fluidizing dryer has widely applied in the fields of pharmaceutics, chemicals, foodstuff, processing grain etc. For example, the dehumidification and drying of powder and granular materials such as bulk pharmaceuticals, granular patent medicines, preparations, feed, plastic resin etc. The granular diameter shall be within the range from 0.1 to 6mm and the best from 0.5 to 3mm.
