Feature
１. Before drying, the treatment of disinfection may be carried out. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.

2.The heat source for evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam. but the tray model vacuum dryer also can use hot water or thermal oil to as heat source. If client have not heat source. we can design and supply the electrical heating thermal oil or hot water to supply heat source for the Fzg Vacuum Drying Machine.
3. Under vacuum, boiling point of solvent will be reduced, making the evaporator heat transfer driving force increase. Thus for certain amount of heat transfer, it can help to achiever low heat transfer area consumption.
4. It belongs to static dryer. The materials load inside the tray ,So the shape of raw material to be dried should not be destroyed.

5. Highly polished inner and outer surfaces of the machine, no dead comer, easy to clear, no cross contamination. Confining to the requirement of GMP.

6. The heat is indirect. So the raw material can not be polluted. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP. It is easy in washing and maintenance.

7. Machine materials : AISISUS304 , AISISUS316L, and other material .

Vacuum Tray Dryers Description

FZG Series Vacuum Tray Dryers uses vacuum pump to damp air out from the interior of machine and make the working chamber form vacuum status. and let the raw material to be dried at vacuum condition ,Therefore, the drying speed of raw material is improved and the energy is saved greatly. Because the raw materials load inside the tray (standard tray size :640x460x45mm,it also can design nonstandard machine), so It is static vacuum drying machine, the form and structure of material can't be damaged when be dried. About the heating way of dryer, it can use hot water, steam or conduct oil. The exact heating way will be determined by client workshop heat source situation. because the interior of machine is vacuum state. The temperature control is not accurate if testing the vacuum air temperature. So we have two way to dissolve this issue. It can use soft cable temperature sensor to test the materials temperature or client adjust the heat source temperature.

Notes: If the material contains a large amount of solvents such as methanol, ethanol, etc. The solvent of raw material can be collected by using a condenser. But the condenser to recollected the solvent that need user to supply cooling water, If the solvent is water or low proportion of solvents , the condenser is not required in order to save investment cost.
