【Product description】

     CB-2078W  is a high-efficient organosilicon wetting agent similar to TEGO 270 with anti-shrinkage. It can has excellent compatibility and can be used for solvent-based, UV-cured, and water-based systems. The most outstanding feature of this product is that it strongly reduces the static surface tension of the system and rapidly improves the wetting and leveling properties of the substrate. In addition, it has good anti-hrinkage performance and recoating performance, with little impact on the adhesion between coatings. The best wetting effect can be obtained when used to the water-based system in the pH range of 6-8.

 【Application and addition amount】

     1.Used for printing inks and varnishes, adding 0.3-3% can quickly reduce the surface tension of the system, quickly wet the substrate and level it, prevent uneven surface tension of the coating, and does not affect recoatability, even if the addition amount is high It is still heat sealable and bondable.

     2. Used in plastic paints, industrial coatings and decorative coatings, adding 0.2-2% can achieve fast leveling effect and excellent substrate wettability.

3.Used in wood paint and leather coatings, adding 0.2-1% can achieve rapid wetting and leveling effects and good transparency, and prevent the occurrence of shrinkage cavities.
