CB-1090W Water-based Polymer Dispersant

【Product performance and advantages】

     CB-1090W is a water-based dispersant similar to BYK-190, specially used for the dispersion and of  water-based general-purpose color pastes. It has outstanding viscosity reduction and color development properties, and can it tealizes pigment concentrates for water-based industrial coatings and water-based printing inks that are resin-free and free of floating and blooming colors. For best  performance, it is recommended to use only pigment, 1090W and water (without resins, amines and co-solvents) for dispersion grinding.

【Instructions】

       1. In order to obtain the best performance, the additive needs to be slowly added (with stirring) to the grinding resin/cosolvent or emulsion resin mixture.

       2. When used for resin-free pigment concentrate, mix the additive and water evenly before adding the pigment. Pigments must be additive and water evenly before adding the pigment. Pigments must be added after the additives are fully dispersed.
