This compressor is equipped with an energy-efficient permanent magnet motor that lowers power consumption.

Cost-Effective Solution

The pressure transducer keeps a close watch on the pressure at the exhaust port and relays the signal to the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). In light of the data provided by the sensor, the PLC fine-tunes the output power of the inverter. When the pressure is elevated, it lowers the frequency; when the pressure is low, it ramps up the frequency, thereby guaranteeing a stable pressure level. This way, a constant-pressure air supply is maintained.

The system is designed to nimbly adapt production to actual demand. During peak demand times, it scales up output; when demand slackens, it scales down; and when there’s zero demand, it shuts down production completely. What’s more, as soon as any demand is picked up, it kick-starts a soft start for gas production. This methodology successfully eradicates energy wastage caused by superfluous operation.

Microcomputer Smart Control

The microcomputer intelligent control system facilitates fully automated operation and incorporates an emergency stop alarm function. This ensures that in case of any unforeseen situations or emergencies, the system can be immediately halted, providing a critical safety measure.

Intelligent PID Function

This feature prevents the frequent loading and unloading of the screw type rotary compressor system caused by rapid fluctuations in air consumption, thereby prolonging the system's lifespan. The pressure regulation is more responsive and precise thanks to PID control, ensuring stable operation even with significant changes in air demand for the best screw air compressor. It avoids unnecessary unloading of the air compressor electric system, thus reducing electrical waste that might occur if the variable compressor fails to adjust its speed promptly in response to large variations in air usage.
