Customized polyurethane coated pulley wheel was developed from raw material of polyurethane, mixing raw material for colors, to injection molding for finsihed urethane depends on customized color/size/type, and CNC machining or milling&turning, lathe, grinding for metal parts like screw bolt, cam and follower,linear bearings, pulley wheel,etc, the final process is polyurethane coated rolling pulley, urethane coated roller bearing etc. The rubber/plastic material still the same process.

Material properties

Significantly better than rubber, plastic, and metal wheels;
Excellent resistance to oils, solvents, fats, greases and gasoline;
it has a higher load-bearing capacity than any conventuinal rubber;
the tear strength ranges between 20-50kgs/linear centimeter, which is much better than rubber wheels;
expected to be more durable than other elastomer materials;
polyurethane wheel can be used at 100degree, at low temperatures, the polyurethane pulley wheels can be used at -20 desgree
