The IM500GF photovoltaic drilling rig, a cutting-edge piece of construction machinery and a specialized photovoltaic pile driver, is meticulously designed to meet the unique demands of photovoltaic foundation pile hole construction. It is not only a crucial tool for the renewable energy sector but also showcases remarkable versatility that can even find applications in certain mining scenarios, thus bearing resemblance to some functions of mine-used machinery.

This rig is equipped with an 86KW engine and an efficient desert-air filter, enabling it to operate smoothly even in harsh environments. Its maximum hole diameter can reach an impressive 500mm. The hydraulic system features a high-pressure cast iron pump, while the walking track plate is widened and thickened for enhanced stability and durability during operation. The lifting chain, a vital component, employs a 28A roller chain along with a box-type large-section steel guide rail, ensuring it has the requisite strength. Remarkably, it can push up to 4 meters in one go, significantly boosting drilling efficiency.

The gyrator of the IM500GF photovoltaic drilling rig is outfitted with four sets of hydraulic rotary motors. By adopting high-modulus straight teeth and a large reduction ratio transmission, it can provide a staggering rotary torque of up to 12000Nm, making it ideally suited for drilling large-aperture foundation pile holes. This level of torque generation is essential for its role as a reliable photovoltaic pile driver, allowing it to penetrate tough ground conditions with ease.

What's more, the IM500GF photovoltaic drilling rig offers flexible options to adapt to different terrains and operational requirements. It can be optionally equipped with a 1-ton frame winch for feed, which proves extremely convenient for hoisting essential drilling components such as drill bits, drilling tools, and impactors. When dealing with large slopes, an 8-ton frame winch for the rig becomes available as an option, guaranteeing sufficient traction to keep the drilling rig operating smoothly and safely. Overall, this multifaceted piece of machinery combines the best of photovoltaic and construction technologies to deliver outstanding performance in the field.
