Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) folding filter cartridge is a filter element with excellent performance. The working principle of this pleated membrane filter cartridge is that the fluid to be filtered enters from one end of the filter element. Under the action of pressure difference, the fluid passes through the folded PVDF filter membrane, where particulate impurities, bacteria, viruses, etc. are trapped by the filter membrane, and the clean fluid penetrates the micropores of the filter membrane. From the other end of the filter element, so as to achieve the purpose of filtration. As the filtration process progresses, impurities gradually accumulate on the surface and inside the filter membrane, resulting in a gradual increase in the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet, when the pressure difference reaches a preset value, it is necessary to replace or clean the filter element.

The end cover and sealing ring of the PVDF pp pleated filter cartridge play a key role. The end cover material is polypropylene and PVDF, etc., and the sealing of each part adopts non-adhesive thermal fusion welding technology to ensure the overall sealing of the filter element and prevent fluid leakage. The sealing ring is usually made of silicone rubber, EPDM rubber, nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber and other materials to adapt to different working environments and media.
