Structure and Composition

• Pattern Design: The surface of the Big Obliquity Conveyor Belt is embossed or molded with chevron-shaped patterns. The angle and depth of the chevron can be adjusted according to the actual conveying inclination and material characteristics. Usually, the angle of the chevron is between 30° and 60°, and the depth of the pattern is about 3mm to 32mm.
• Belt Layers: It consists of a carcass layer and a cover layer. The carcass layer is the main load-bearing part, which is often made of materials such as polyester, nylon fabric or steel wire ropes. The cover layer is on the outermost surface of the belt, directly contacting the materials being conveyed, and is mainly made of rubber, PVC, PU and other materials. The chevron patterns are formed on the cover layer.

Performance Advantages

• Excellent Anti-Slip Performance: The chevron-shaped protrusions increase the contact area and friction between the belt and the materials. When conveying materials at a large inclination angle, the chevron pattern can effectively prevent the materials from slipping or rolling back, ensuring the stability and safety of the conveying process. It can generally convey materials at an inclination angle of 30° to 40°, and for some sticky materials, the inclination angle can even reach about 40°.
• Good Adaptability: It is suitable for conveying various materials with different weights, sizes and properties, such as gravel, coal, wet sand, earth, bagged materials, etc. It can also be customized according to different conveying requirements, such as adjusting the size, density and depth of the chevron pattern, as well as the material and thickness of the belt.
• High Tensile Strength and Wear Resistance: The carcass layer of the Skirt Conveyor Belt has high tensile strength, which can bear the weight of the materials and the tension during conveying. The cover layer is made of wear-resistant rubber or plastic materials, which can resist the wear and impact of the materials, prolong the service life of the conveyor belt.
