Structure and Composition

• Rubber Layers: The Endless Belt typically consists of multiple layers of rubber. The top layer, known as the cover rubber, is in direct contact with the conveyed materials and is designed to resist abrasion, impact, and corrosion. It can be formulated with different rubber compounds to meet specific requirements, such as resistance to heat, cold, oil, or chemicals. The bottom layer often has a different rubber formulation to provide good adhesion to the conveyor rollers and prevent slipping.
• Reinforcement Materials: To enhance the strength and durability of the belt, various reinforcement materials are embedded within the rubber layers. Common reinforcement materials include fabric, such as polyester, nylon, or cotton belt，and steel cords belt. These reinforcements help the belt withstand the tension and stress generated during operation, preventing elongation and breakage.
