The microstructure of 15CrMo steel under normal supply is ferrite + pearlite. When 15CrMo steel operates for a long time in the working temperature range of 500 ℃ - 550 ℃, pearlite spheroidization, redistribution of alloy elements between solid solution and carbide and changes of carbide phase structure will occur. With the increase of pearlite spheroidization degree and dilution degree of solid solution alloy elements, the thermal strength and mechanical properties of 15CrMo steel will gradually decrease, and the material will gradually deteriorate or even fail.
