FR4 epoxy board is pressed by imported epoxy fiberglass resin, also known as: alkali-free epoxy board, commonly known as FR4 board.HONY Plastic carries FR4 fiberglass board with color aspects of the whole board is more uniform, bright, density than ordinary epoxy board, more suitable for harsh environments. The product is made of electrical alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin, processed by baking and hot pressing in molding die. It has high mechanical properties, dielectric properties and good machinability. Heat-resistant grade is B grade. It is suitable for use as insulating structural parts in electrical equipment, and can be used in humid environmental conditions and transformer oil.
Characteristics of imported FR-4 alkali-free board: the use of temperature between minus 60 degrees to 180 degrees, the moment can reach 200 degrees; good mechanical properties and electrical properties, high hardness, high density; good flame retardant, high insulation coefficient, good dielectric resistance, good mechanical strength and processing performance.
Technical requirements of FR-4 sheet provided by HONY Plastic:
Appearance: the appearance of the sheet is uniform in color, no color difference color spot, no compression resistance, no impurities, allowed to have uneven color that does not interfere with the use, scuffing, slight unevenness, etc., the tolerance allowable range of plus or minus 0.03mm for thin boards, 0.3mm for thick boards.
The molecular structure of FR4 epoxy resin is characterized by the presence of active epoxy groups in the molecular chain, which can be located at the end of the molecular chain, in the middle or in the ring structure. As the molecular structure contains active epoxy groups, they can be crosslinked with many types of curing agents and form insoluble, non-melting polymers with a three-way network structure.
