Preparation and inspection of gyratory crusher:

1. Check whether there is enough lubricating oil in the oil tank at the lubrication part, whether the oil quality meets the requirements, and whether the oil filter device is clean.

2. Try to open the oil pump and check whether there is oil leakage and other faults in the oil pump and pipeline.

3. Whether the oil pressure is between 0.8-1.5kg/cm2.

4. Check whether the oil return is smooth and the oil flow is unstable.

5. Whether the anchor screws of each part of the machine body and the interface screws of the middle frame of the machine base are loose.

6. Whether the screws and pulleys and keys of each part of the transmission shaft are loose.

7. Whether there is material in the crusher cavity, if there is, it must be cleared before starting.

8. Whether the easily worn parts of the machine body (such as the crushing cone liner and the middle frame liner) are severely worn or broken.

9. Check whether the funnel is blocked or severely worn.

10. Whether the handwheel of the oil-immersed rheostat in the electrical part is at zero position.

11. Check the contact of the motor carbon brush.

12. Check if the distribution box and operating mechanism are not flexible.

13. Check if the ammeter pointer is at zero.

Gyratory crusher operation method:

1. Preparation before operation:

(1) Before operation, each item must be checked according to the inspection content.

(2) The oil pump should be started first, and the motor can be started only after the oil return is normal.

(3) Pay special attention to the sound of the motor and crusher during startup. If there is any abnormality, stop the operation immediately.

(4) Start feeding after the equipment is running normally.

(5) Stop feeding when stopping operation, and stop the machine only when there is no ore in the crushing chamber.

(6) Stop the oil pump from feeding oil.

2. Machine start-up operation sequence:

(1) First check if the oil-immersed rheostat is at zero position and the short-circuit knife switch is open.

(2) Press the start button.

(3) Slowly turn the handwheel of the oil-immersed rheostat to the start position until the motor reaches the rated speed.

(4) Close the short-circuit switch.

(5) Observe whether the ammeter indication is normal.

(6) The motor should not be started frequently, and generally should not be started more than three times in a row.

3. Stop operation sequence:

(1) Stop feeding before stopping. When all the ore in the crusher cavity is discharged, stop the crusher.

(2) The operator presses the stop button.

(3) Turn the handwheel of the oil-immersed rheostat back to zero position and turn on the short-circuit switch.

(4) After a power outage without notice or a load stop, the ore in the crusher cavity must be removed so that it can be started after the power is restored.
