DR30-4-30/31.5YM Hydraulic Valve

Details:

The DR30-4-30/31.5YM hydraulic valve is a pilot-operated pressure-reducing valve featuring various connection types, optional check valves, and different pressure adjustment forms.

Characteristics:

• Connection Types: Available in plate, pipe, and cartridge connection types.

• Check Valve Option: Can be equipped with or without a check valve.

• Pressure Adjustment Forms: Offers three forms of pressure adjustment, including a handle, an internally threaded adjustment bolt with a protective cover, and a lockable handle.

Working Principle:

The valve consists of a pilot valve, a main valve, and optionally a check valve. When there is no pressure at the outlet A, the pressure-reducing valve is normally open, allowing pressure oil to flow from chamber B to chamber A. Simultaneously, pressure oil flows from chamber A through a damping hole and a control passage to the spring side of the main valve spool. When the pressure in chamber A exceeds the set pressure of the spring, the cone valve opens, and the oil on the spring side of the main valve spool flows through the damping hole to the spring chamber of the pilot valve. At this point, a pressure difference is formed on the main valve spool, causing it to move upward and reduce the opening, thereby achieving pressure reduction and maintaining a constant pressure in chamber A.

• Medium: Mineral hydraulic oil or phosphate ester hydraulic oil
