Pulp Tank is a Stirred Vessel or Pulp Storage Tank used for holding and mixing pulp in the pulp molding process. Round bottom pulp tank is named for its feature of round bottom and the volume is 3m³~6m³. Its main function is to ensure the homogeneity of pulp and the stability of the pulp consistency, which can be supplied to the pulp molding machine for the next process of pulp molding. According to the production process, the Pulp Tank can be divided into thickend pulp tank, pulp mixing tank and pulp supply tank.

The main uses of the three kinds of tanks: 1. Thickend pulp tank: hold the high consistency of pulp pumped by the pulping machine; 2. Pulp mixing tank: by constantly adding water and pulp, it can precisely regulate the standard concentration of pulp; 3. Pulp supply tank: supply stable consistency of pulp to forming machine; 4. Pulp return tank: used to recover the low concentration pulp absorbed by the vacuum of forming machine and used in the next pulping cycle; 5. Fresh water tank: used for pulping machine to add water to mix with pulp board for pulping.
