The intelligent folder gluer stitcher machine is one of the post-processing equipment for cartons, which is used for various the sealing of corrugated boxes has fast forming speed and standard nail distance, which replaces the traditional manual stitcher & gluer, which is high labor intensity and low efficiency. Most of the automatic gluing and stitching boxes machine use belts to convey cartons, and uses the wheel-type concave-convex creasing line and other methods to complete the origami processes; this method for the relative hard corrugated board and light creasing corrugated board, there will result fishtail and uneven seams in the carton.

Aiming at the defects in this aspect, our company has developed and produced the FM auto folder gluer stitcher machine. The motion system is precisely controlled by numerical control, the digital transmission signal, and the automation of the press creasing line forming method. Intelligent equipment with digital, easy operation input, one-button precise control mode. Fast order changes can be completed in 30-50seconds. Automatic feeding, forming and folding, front & back pushed to square, box stitching, box turn over, and count the output of the second beat.

The machine can be inline with flexo printing slitter and scorer, pre loader, and pp strapping, form a production line, saving a lot of labor costs.
