HY-1000 is a kind of large capacity black garlic fermenter which is suitable for big garlic industrial facotry. It's input is about 1ton fresh garlic and output is about 500kg black garlic .
This model commerical black garlic fermenter machine can not only be used for making ordinary whole black garlic but also peeled black garlic cloves can be done.Generally, the process cycle is about 20days.However, different kinds of garlic with different mositure,the final time maybe has some differences.
Our machine adopts automatic PLC control system in the production. All the related parameters can be displayed throguh the screen. We just need to select related production process ,such as fermentation and dry .
