PU980 Polyurethane Resin

1、product overview

   PU980 is an alcohol soluble water-based integrated composite ink resin used for manufacturing benzene and ketone free gravure printing ink. The resin has excellent comprehensive performance and very high  cost-effectiveness.

   PU980 resin has excellent pigment wetting properties, good adhesion to PET and OPP substrates, high composite strength, and is particularly suitable for manufacturing high-speed printing inks.

   PU980 has good compatibility with similar polyurethane, nitrocellulose resin, PVB resin, EVA resin, and aldehyde ketone resin on the market.

   PU980 resin belongs to alcohol so1 luble resin and can use a large amount of alcohol solvents as diluents. This resin is tough and elastic, with good anti adhesion properties. For OPP substrate printing ink, please add an appropriate amount of adhesion promoter to improve adhesion.

（1）Please store in a cool and dry place, seal and keep away from fireworks.

（2）Standard packaging: 180kg/drum; 18kg/barrel.

 4.Precautions

（1）If not used up after opening, please seal immediately to prevent solvent evaporation.

（2）Wear a protective face mask and gloves during operation. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.
