a.disposable use tied tourniquet should not be too tight, use time should be as short as possible. When drawing blood, see to return blood should loosen immediately.

b. Blood lipid items, coagulation items, blood routine items, one-time use tied tourniquet time should be limited to 1 minute.

c. If the tourniquet is tied up too tightly and the time is too long for more than three minutes, the time of blood block will be too long, and the results of the above test items will be biased due to hemolysis, platelet activation, and fibrinolytic system activation or even induce a false diagnosis.

d. If a tourniquet is used for too long at one time, the other arm should be used.
