Mechanical characteristics:

• The mechanical design conveying method is synchronous belt conveying, which requires two sections of sanding and conveying;
• The mechanical adjustment method is digital adjustment, which can achieve rapid conversion of workpieces of different sizes during the processing process (adjustment of the width and thickness of the workpiece);
• The mechanical milling function uses a single-sided dual-blade process, with blade one for rough milling and blade two for fine milling. During the adjustment process, a single-sided fixed mode is used to adjust the other side. The milling cutter spindle motor is a high-speed motor with a speed of 12,000 revolutions per minute;
• The contact plate for mechanical feeding is made of rubber, effectively protecting the surface of the plate from scratches;
• The single machine is equipped with a 1-meter long automatic feeding bin, which can reduce the labor intensity of the loading personnel;
• Sanding is done using a sanding frame, which can be swung left and right for better sanding results and higher utilization of the sanding belt;
• The conveying speed, milling cutter speed, and abrasive belt all have variable frequency speed regulation functions;
