Magnetic locking flange gate valve is a special type of valve that does not require manual operation like traditional rising stem gate valve and non rising stem gate valve. Magnetic locking gate valves combine magnetic locking technology to improve safety and prevent unauthorized personnel from opening or closing the valve at will. This type of valve is typically used in critical industrial applications such as water supply, heating, gas transmission, etc., to ensure the safety and reliability of the system.

Structural features

1. Magnetic locking flange gate valves are usually composed of springs, lock heads, and valve bodies. The lock head is made of brass material, and both the spring and valve body are made of stainless steel structure.

2. The valve lock can be easily fitted onto the valve, but it cannot be removed without a dedicated key.

3. The lock head is equipped with spring holes at equidistant intervals on the side, which contain springs that come into contact with magnetic balls (ball bearings).

4. Align the specific letter or mark on the key with the corresponding mark on the lock cover, and the end where the key is in contact with the lock head is fixed with a magnetic pin corresponding to the lock head.
