This is a TIG welding alumimum parts.

For some metal parts which can not machine in one block, the wleding is necessary process.

Welding is the process of melting two or more pieces of metal and allowing them to cool and solidify to form a strong bond.

The cost of welding process is not high and the unit price will be lower if the quantity is high. Besides, it can help us to solve the machining difficulties of some complicated structure parts. such as some metal parts are big and deep which make the tool can not reach to machine and we have to split it into two or more pieces and then welding them all together.

This part did by stir friction welding. After welding, the surface is very smooth. In this way, the welding parts can have good leakproofness.

Compare to the other process, welding is a fast but economic process for metal machining parts.
