Profile wrapping with pur glue
The main component of PUR-coated hot-melt adhesive is isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer. The adhesion and toughness (elasticity) of PUR can be adjusted, and it has excellent adhesion strength, temperature resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance.
Suitable for PVC, PP/PET film below 0.2mm, veneer, plain paper, paint paper and other finishing materials below 0.35mm, coating process on MDF, solid wood, aluminum alloy, PVC, wood plastic, mud coating and other profile lines
It is specially used for various surface materials to be coated on MDF, PB, wood plastic and aluminum profiles, with good solvent resistance and heat resistance.
Good bond strength can be obtained with a small amount of adhesive
