This is a Y81 series side discharge 250 ton single master cylinder scrap metal baler. This baler is mainly divided into a main engine and a hydraulic station. The main engine mainly includes a single master cylinder, two side cylinders, two door cover cylinders, door cover and pressing box, etc. The hydraulic station mainly includes fuel tank, motor, cooler and integrated valve block etc. Our balers can be customized and produced, and the accessories are all well-known brands at home and abroad, with guaranteed quality and long service life. This baler is widely used in scrap metal recycling plants, steel mills and ferrous metal smelting industries.

Features of the push-out baler machine

1. Hydraulic drive is adopted, and manual or PLC automatic control operation can be selected.

2. Side push out material.There is no need to manually grab metal bales.

3. No anchor screws are required for installation. In places without power supply, diesel engine can be used as power.

4. The size of the press box and the size of the bale can be customized according to customer needs.
