Pharmacological action： Antiparasite. Albendazole has broad-spectrum repellent activity, and the treatment of poultry nematodes, tapeworms and fluke has strong repellent effect. The mechanism of its action is to prevent the microtubulin from polymerizing with A-tubulin to form microtubules by binding with microtubulin in worms, thus affecting cell reproduction processes such as mitosis, protein assembly and energy metabolism in worms.

Ivermectin has a good repel effect on internal and external parasites, especially arthropods and internal nematodes. It is mainly used to repel gastrointestinal nematodes, lung nematodes and external parasites of pigs. Its deworming mechanism is to promote the release of y-aminobutyric acid (GABA) from presynaptic neurons, thus opening GABA-mediated ion channels. Ion flow can reduce the membrane impedance and cause slight depolarization of postsynaptic membrane rest potential, which interferes with the signal transmission between neuromuscles, relaxes and paralyzes the worm, and leads to death or expulsion of the worm.
